Prestige Parklane

Prestige Parklane introduces a large-scale residential concept within a 32.26-acre master plan located at KIADB Phase-2, Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. Approximately 12 acres are dedicated to the residential development, comprising nine towers with around 1,800 premium 1, 2 and 3 Bed homes. With its substantial scale and diverse range of home configurations, the development is designed to offer a contemporary residential environment in North Bengaluru. Prestige Parklane is expected to launch on September 15, 2026, marking the planned introduction of this new development.
